Tuttnauer's laboratory autoclaves are ideal for a wide range of applications in various fields, such as research institutes, universities, pharmaceutical, food, medical and biotechnological industries. This advanced laboratory line is a quality range of reliable bench top (front loading) and vertical (top loading) models with chamber volumes from 28 to 160 litres that provides a single solution for the full spectrum of sterilisation needs. The autoclaves can be fully configured from general use to customer-specific applications. Units from either the Essential or Hi End ranges can be customised with various different optional features to meet more specific or demanding applications.
- High quality AISI 316 L stainless steel chamber with mirror finished door
- Advanced control system with easy to use three-button keypad
- Up to 20 customisable cycle programs
- Standard USB and Ethernet connection allows easy transfer of cycle data to a PC
- Two flexible PT100 temperature sensors
The Essential bench top (front loading) laboratory autoclaves fit on benches or work tops. These basic stand-alone models are well known for their steam production inside the chamber by means of heating elements around the chamber. This allows the user to run basic sterilisation cycles for solid loads, liquids and waste (solid or liquid). Adding different options and accessories enables the user to achieve even more functionality from the autoclave such as quicker cooling times, dry products at the end and safe handling of hazardous loads.
Easy to clean chamber
Manual filling and draining of the demineralised water reservoir
Re-use of the demineralised water
The Hi End horizontal (front loading) laboratory autoclaves 2840 ELC-G-D model fits directly on benches or counter tops, where the 38xx and 50xx ELC-G-D models fit directly on the laboratory floor without the need for a support table. These models are designed to be connected directly to utilities and are well known for their steam production in the built-in steam generator as well as the standard fast cooling option. This allows the user to run liquid cycles with fast cooling in addition to the basic sterilisation cycles for solid loads, liquids and waste (solid or liquid). Adding different options and accessories enables the user to achieve even more functionality from the autoclave such as faster cooling times, dry products at the end and safe handling of hazardous loads.
Full utilities required (demineralised water (not for model 2840), tap water, drain connection, compressed air and electricity)
Automatic filling and draining functionality (optional for model 2840)
Automatic cooling of the exhaust to the drain 60 °C (by parameter)
