The two DET-GRAS N units are soxhlet type, two stage, automated solvent extraction equipment for the determination of fat in foodstuffs, including dairy, animal feedstuffs, fish, meat, and preprepared foods.
The electrical heating is distributed throughout the radiator surface that provides homogeneous heating of the samples. The equipment has been designed to handle volatile solvents safely and economically. The simple control panel allows selection of temperature, time and up to 30 stored programmes which are displayed on a two line, 20 character LCD.
