These mop heads are manufactured from 100% single-loop microfibre around a polyester/rayon core. The fabric is ultrasonically cut to reduce fibre shedding and provide a microfibre mop that is ideal for cleanrooms with small numbers of particle and fibres.
The single-loop microfibre provides exceptional absorbency so the mops are suitable for single-use saturation, giving a surface coverage upto approximately 22 m². The mop heads are designed for hands-free fitting to the mop head frame when used with an 'A frame' applicator. The heads are compatible with the QuickTask™ magnetic mop head frames 2906 and 2699, and the QuickTask™ polypropylene mop frame 2740.
These mop heads are suitable for the application of disinfectants and removal of light soil, residues, and biofilms. Designed for single use, the mop heads are compatible with a wide range of chemicals and disinfectants. The sterile version is gamma irradiated at no less than 25 kGy, with certificates of conformity and irradiation available for every batch.
