TriLink® Inorganic Pyrophosphatase (iPPase)
Proveedor: TRILINK BIOTECHNOLOGIES
Inorganic Pyrophosphatase (iPPase) is an enzyme to remove pyrophosphate in IVT to drive the reaction forward.
Drives in vitro transcription (IVT) reactions forward
Removes pyrophosphate which forms as a byproduct and precipitates with key transcription buffer cations
Grade: Molecular biology
E. coli inorganic pyrophosphatase (iPPase) catalyses the hydrolysis of inorganic pyrophosphate (PPi) to form orthophosphate. Using iPPase in an in vitro transcription reaction drives RNA synthesis forward by removing pyrophosphate which forms as a byproduct and precipitates with key transcription buffer cations.
The provided 30 and 310 µg pack sizes contain approximately 6 units and 62 units of enzymes, respectively. One unit of enzyme produces 1 µmol of phosphate from inorganic pyrophosphate in 1 min at 25 °C.
